Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
K-Saju subscriptions are managed through your app store account, not inside the app.
- iPhone / iPad: Go to Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > select K-Saju > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select K-Saju > Cancel.
Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
To request full account deletion and removal of all associated personal data, send
an email to support@k-saju.app with the
subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email
address associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently
delete all your data within 30 days.
How do I change my birth information?
You can update your birth date, birth time, and gender at any time:
- Open K-Saju and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Update your information and save.
Your fortune readings will automatically recalculate based on the updated information.
What happens to my Face Insight photos?
Photos submitted for Face Insight analysis are automatically and permanently
deleted within 24 hours of submission. We never store, share, or use face
images beyond the immediate analysis you requested.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
If you reinstall K-Saju or switch devices:
- Open K-Saju and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
The app isn't loading or crashes on startup
Try these steps:
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart your device.
