Welcome to K-Saju: Korean Fortune ("K-Saju", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Pie Nest Inc. By downloading, installing, or using the K-Saju mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
K-Saju is a mobile entertainment application based on Korean Four Pillars astrology (사주팔자 / 四柱八字). The App generates personalized fortune readings, compatibility analyses, timing advice, and life-cycle forecasts using AI-assisted interpretation across six cultural frameworks (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, English, Spanish, and South Asian).
K-Saju offers a free tier and paid Premium subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the confirmed subscription price.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time after cancellation.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
K-Saju offers individual add-on reports (Timing Advisor, Compatibility Report, Career & Wealth Report, Name Analysis, etc.) as one-time in-app purchases. These are non-consumable and tied to your account.
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy:
We do not process refunds directly. Please contact the platform's support team.
We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of any reading or analysis generated by the App. Use the App at your own discretion.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Pie Nest Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our express written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pie Nest Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Korea.
